Outfit changes are welcome within your session time. A white paper backdrop is included unless otherwise discussed. The full session price is due at booking.

A few things to know.
Can we talk before I book?
Yes. Submit an inquiry and the photographer will contact you.
How do I book?
Choose a session and submit an inquiry. After we confirm the details, your session agreement will be ready in your client portal. Your date is held once you sign the agreement and pay the retainer, which is the full session price.
How far ahead do I need to book?
Sessions are booked at least 7 days out. Bookings within 7 days require an additional fee.
Is the retainer refundable?
No. The retainer is non-refundable once it is received.
Can I reschedule?
Once, if you ask more than 72 hours before your session. A second reschedule requires a new retainer.
What if I am running late?
A $25 late fee applies 15 minutes after your start time. At 30 minutes the session is canceled. Late arrival does not extend your session.
Do I need to bring ID?
Yes. All clients must be 18 or older and show a valid photo ID at the start of the session.
What backdrop is included?
A white paper backdrop, unless we discuss something else. Backdrop decisions are made before the retainer is paid.
Can I change outfits?
Yes, as many times as you like within your session time.
Can I bring someone?
One guest is welcome. Recording or going live during the session is not permitted without written permission.
Can I see my photos during the shoot?
Photos are reviewed at the end of the session so none of your time is lost.
How do I get my photos?
You choose your favorites from an online gallery. Retouched photos take a minimum of 2 weeks and are delivered by online gallery. Download them within 72 hours of delivery.
Can I post my photos?
Yes, for personal use. Jalen’s Photography owns the copyright. Please do not post or share unedited gallery previews or screenshots.
How do I access my documents?
Your private client portal account is created automatically when you submit your inquiry. You will receive an email to set your password, then sign in with your email and password. Your agreement, payment, and documents are all in the portal.
