This policy explains what information Jalen’s Photography collects through this website, how it is used, and how long it is kept.

Information we collect

• Inquiry details: name, email, phone, session choice, preferred date, and your message.
• Client portal account: name, email, phone, and a password you set.
• Session agreement: legal name, date of birth, phone, email, your electronic signature, and the date, time, IP address, and device information recorded when you sign.
• Your confirmation that you are 18 or older, stored in your browser only until you close it, so you are not asked again during that visit.

How it is used

Information is used to respond to inquiries, book and deliver sessions, keep a record of signed agreements, and provide your client portal. It is never sold.

Where it is stored

Inquiries, accounts, and signed agreements are stored on this website’s own server. Payments are processed by PayPal, which receives only the payment details. Photo galleries are delivered through Pixieset, which receives your name and email for gallery access.

How long it is kept

Inquiries, and accounts that never book a session, are deleted after 6 months. Signed agreements and the accounts connected to them are kept indefinitely as business records.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in to the client portal. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
